Sohler Pools ("we", "us") is a pool construction, maintenance and repair company based at 1005 N 1200 W, Orem, UT 84057. This policy explains what information we collect through sohlerpools.com, why, and what you can do about it.

Information we collect

When you use our quote request form, we collect what you type in: full name and phone number (required), and email, city and project details if you choose to add them. If you check the text-updates box, we also record that you opted in to receive texts about your specific request.

We don't collect payment information through this website — we don't sell anything online here.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information for every visit (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and operation of the server. We don't use this for marketing or tracking.

How we use it

To respond to your quote request, schedule a consultation, and communicate with you about your project. If you opted in to text updates, to send you texts about that specific request — never unrelated marketing texts without separate consent.

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Third parties this site talks to

• Your quote request is emailed to our own inbox (hosted on Google Workspace) so our team can respond.
• This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts on every page.
• The interactive service-area map on the Home page (only if you scroll to it) loads mapping software and map tiles from OpenStreetMap and its CDN providers.
• Loading either of those shares your device's IP address with that provider, the same as visiting any site that uses web fonts or an embedded map — see our Cookie Policy for detail. We don't run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
