Signs your pool
needs attention.
Catching problems early usually means a smaller, less expensive repair.
Water level keeps dropping
Losing more water than normal evaporation can point to a leak in the shell or plumbing.
Rising water or energy bills
A sudden jump often means a hidden leak or equipment that's working harder than it should.
Noisy or struggling equipment
Grinding, humming or a pump that won't prime usually means a part is failing.
Water that won't clear
Cloudy or green water despite chemicals can mean a filtration or circulation problem.
Rough, stained or flaking surfaces
A worn interior finish is harder to keep clean and can hide cracks.
Loose tile or cracked coping
Freeze-thaw cycles loosen tile and coping. Early repair keeps water out of the structure.

How can I tell if my pool is leaking?
Try a bucket test: set a bucket of water on a pool step, mark the water level inside the bucket and on the pool, and compare after 24 hours. If the pool drops noticeably more than the bucket, you may have a leak.
Do you repair pools you didn't build?
Yes. We repair residential pools across our service area, no matter who built them.
When does a pool need resurfacing?
Rough spots, stains that won't come out, flaking plaster or visible cracks are common signs that your interior finish is wearing out.
Can repairs be done in winter?
Equipment and plumbing repairs can often be done year-round. Resurfacing and some tile work need the right temperatures, so we'll schedule those for the right season.
Will I know the cost before you start?
Yes. After we diagnose the problem, you'll get a written estimate before any repair work begins.
